Apple Cider Vinegar Diet
There are many diets that you can try, some of these diets are known as fad
diets meaning they so have the results you would like to see as they are
meant for short term use only.The apple cider vinegar diet has been known
as a fad diet, this why there is little evidence proving it works. Simply
put, this diet is nothing more than consuming apple cider vinegar before
each meal.
Apple cider vinegar is made of fermented apple juice. The apple is crushed
and the juice is squeezed out. Yeast and sugars are added to the apple juice
so the fermenting process may occur. The apple juice then goes through a
second process in which bacteria are added to the juice so it may form an
acetic acid.
For hundreds of years apple cider vinegar has been used to treat migraines
headaches, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, as well as other
medical conditions.
Some believe that apple cider vinegar will help treat other ailments such as
cancer since apple cider vinegar has antioxidants that neutralize the free
radicals, in turn reducing the formation of some cancers.
Apple cider vinegar also contains potassium which is helpful when it comes
to high blood pressure. Also it is good for the heart as it will help thin
the blood for proper circulation.
Apple cider vinegar has also been used as a weight loss agent. This is due to
the apple cider vinegar being able to burn fat instead of letting the body store
it. Like stated before there is not evidence supporting this belief or other
beliefs that apple cider vinegar has any health benefits.
There can be benefits of this diet if you choose to try it. The only thing you
should do first is your research. If there are any doubts in your mind about
this diet, do not try it. Anytime you are unsure about something including
a diet you should be extremely cautious and know what you are getting yourself
into before you start.
