Did your prenatal vitamins make you sick?

I am 6 weeks preggo, and started my prenatals a few days ago. Before taking them , I was feeling sick only at night, and not bad at all. Now, I feel sick all day like I might vomit every 5 minutes. Do you think it could be the vitamins, or just morning sickness kicking in? Any help would be great!
