How much Calcium tablets should i take?

Well I brought Calcium tablets and there really is no directions on how many i should take. Their 600 mg, i heard that u should take 2 one during the day and one at night, but should i take something else with it or is it just fine? I have no problems with any kinds of foods or vitamins.
