I’m an ex-cancer patient, is it safe to take vitamins?

At the age of 12 I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (Bone cancer, tumor)….I’m now 20, and I been okay…i would like to take supplements to help my energy throughout the day when i start school. I would like to take “B-Complex by Shaklee” and “One-A-Day for Men” can anyone give me some good feedback on this? and just an FYI, I do eat good, with plenty of protein (to survive the day day lol) and I exercise good (hence my old question).
