What are the best vitamins for a senior dog?

I have an 11 year old Lab who had a cancerous tumor removed about 8 months ago. While we dont think the cancer has spread (or is spreading very slowly if it is), I still want a good vitamin supplement that helps his bones/joints and that may be great for helping his immune system and fighting cancer. Anyone have suggestions? Or have a dog with a similar situation?
